Flynas Airlines is the first privately owned low-cost airline in Saudi Arabia. It was launched in 2007 as Nas Air. In 2013 the airline’s name was changed to Flynas. The main headquarters of the airline is in Riyadh. The main operational bases of the airline are the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah. Flynas Airlines operates the youngest fleet in the region consisting of 58 aircraft. The fleet consists of 13 A320ceo, 41 A320neo and 4 A330 aircraft. The A320ceo and A320neo are narrow-body airliners and A330 is a wide-body airliner. The aircraft has been specially designed to offer the passengers a high level of comfort. The seats offer the best pitch and size when compared to the other low-cost carriers in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The aircraft is designed to offer optimum relaxation at affordable prices. It is the first airline in Saudi Arabia to introduce the A320neo in its fleet. Premium Class

This class offers leather seats with a 5” recline and ample legroom. Available international flights only.

Plus Class

• Passengers can select preferred seats within the specified seating.

Value Class

This class offers comfortable seats with enough legroom.

• Passengers can carry 1 piece of 20 kg as checked-in baggage.
• Passengers can purchase meals, snacks and beverages on domestic flights.
• Passengers are offered these on international flights.
• Passengers can modify bookings for a small fee but the bookings cannot be cancelled.

Light Class

This class offers comfortable seats with ample legroom.

• Passengers can carry checked-in baggage as required for a fee. A cabin bag of 7 kg is allowed.
• Passengers have to purchase meals, snacks and beverages on domestic and international flights.
• Passengers can change the booking for a fee and the bookings cannot be cancelled.

Flynas Airlines Baggage Allowance

For Economy Class, the Plus fare type passengers can carry 1 piece of 30 kg or 2 pieces of 20 kg each depending on the destination. The Value fare type allows passengers to carry 1 piece of 20 kg or 30 kg depending on the destination. The light fare type allows 0 or 20 kg of checked-in baggage depending on the destination. The Premium Class passengers can carry 2 pieces of 20 kg each as checked-in baggage. A cabin bag of 7 kg is allowed.

Flynas Airlines Web Check-in and Boarding Pass

Passengers can web check through the airline’s website or mobile check-in by downloading the airline’s app for select flights. The rules for Flynas online check-in are as follows:

Check-in Flynas Domestic Flights

Passengers can web check-in 48 hours to 1 hour before the flight departure. Boarding passes can be downloaded and printed. At the airport, baggage can be dropped at the Bag Drop counter.

Check-in Flynas International Flights

Passengers can check in 48 hours to 2 hours before the flight departure. Enter the required details and continue to download the boarding pass. At the airport, the checked-in baggage can be dropped off at the Bag Drop counter. 

Flynas In-flight Services

Passengers can pre-book hot meals and snacks up to 12 hours before the flight departure. Special children’s meals are also available. Passengers can purchase snacks and beverages from the Sky Menu. Passengers can shop onboard through the in-flight shopping catalogue. The in-flight magazine ‘Flynas’ is offered to all the passengers. Passengers can easily book preferred seats for a small fee.

Flynas Frequent Flyer Programme: Nasmiles

The airline offers a Frequent Flyer program called ‘Nasmiles’. Passengers can earn SMILE points on the airline’s flights, seat selection, pre-booked meals, additional pre-booked baggage and airport services.
